Thank you for visiting our photo storefront.  Here you will be able to view your ride/event photos and order digital downloads, prints, displays, and greeting cards.

General Information:

Bike Pics taken at rallies and roadway - we try our best to photograph each biker; however, sometimes, we miss.  We sincerely apologize if we did not get a picture of you.

There are no expiration dates for the photos; they will be on this website indefinitely.

Orders & Payments:

You may select color, black & white, sepia or retro color for your photos.

Orders are received only through our photo website.

Payment is made through our photo website only with a debit or credit card.  Ordering is secure.

Digital Downloads:

You will receive an email with a link and download instructions within 24 hours of receipt of your order.  

We are not responsible for the quality of prints provided by printing facilities.

There are no shipping charges for digital downloads.

Prints, Cards & Display Products:

You will receive shipment within 1-2 weeks of receipt of your order.

Borders are not available for the photos.  

Standard charges start at $6.95 for shipping in the U.S. and $30 for international shipments.

Difficulties Placing An Order:

Make sure “cookies” are enabled on your web browser.

Try a different computer; this should solve your problem.

Site maintenance can cause delays; try again in 1 – 2 hours.

Orders Cannot Be Changed:

Before submitting your order, make sure it is correct!    

For your security, once payment is received by Photoreflect, the order is sent to us for processing.

At this point, orders cannot be changed.  Our only option is to cancel an order.


Orders that have not be processed will be refunded.

No refunds will be issued once order has been processed.    

Duplicate orders for a digital download will be refunded (cost of the duplicate digital image/s) or another image may be substituted for the duplicate(s).


Exchanges and returns are NOT available.

Processing Errors:

We will correct, at no charge, orders that are different from what is documented on the order invoice.
